PROCEDURES AND ENROLMENT TIMES FOR NEW STUDENTS

1st TERM:  SEPTEMBER 2020 TO JANUARY 2021

 

The following is necessary in order to take the level test:

1- ASK FOR A NUMBER FOR THE LEVEL TEST. TWO WAYS:

from the 31st of august  from to the 3rd of September until 03:00 p.m.

  • At the School -1st floor-.the 3th  of September (from 10.00 a.m. to 2.p.m.)

      Documents: ONLY an original passport or NIE -a residence permit-

      Beginner students are also required to ask for a test number and although they are not required to        

       take it they need to come or confirm it in order to be included in the draw procedure.

2- DATES AND TIMES FOR THE LEVEL TEST. Check the 4th of September

     check your level test day after 6:00 p.m. in our WEB.

3.-TEST LEVEL at 10:00 a. m. (The 7th, 8th or 9th of   September)

    the test lasts until 1 p.m.)  Bring the original passport or NIE with your number.

4- CHOOSE THE TIMETABLES BEFORE THE DRAW for the new courses

     From the 14th( from 10:00p.m.)  to the 16th of September   (until 11:59 a.m.)

     In the case of a problem, check our web and come to the School 16th of September from 10-1p.m.

5- DRAWS FOR PLACES:  16th of September

You may check the results of the draw the 16th after 6:00 p.m. in our WEB www.eoibcnvh.cat.    

6- ENROLMENT:  Check the exact date and time of enrolment on the web.

    Students with places from the 16th (8p.m) to the 18th   (11:59 p.m.)

    Students in Waiting list the 23rd  of September (from 9:00)

FEES & DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLMENT

NIE or Passport &  photocopy of the NIE or passport

(send by email info@eoibcnvh.cat or at the school)

Levels   1º y 2º = 305€   

 3º,4º y 5º= 316€ * prices 2019

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

IMPORTANT: STUDENTS WHO DO NOT COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED OFICIAL. Check the last week on September in our web to see how many places are available.

New students who have ever studied in another EOI, please send previous course marks and transfer paper from EOI.
